Person-centred support
Life can be messy, complex, and stressful.
One day you’re living carefree, and then next, you’re buried under the weight of stress, loss, and all the emotions you didn’t see coming.

Counselling can be the light that guides you through the dark, and gets you to a place of hope and healing.

My practice is person-centred, which means I am led by you.
I work with you, the person, not your label.
Working with carers
My special interest is working with the wellness and well-being of people who work in caring roles.

I’m a mainstream foster carer, as well as a therapeutic counsellor. I have personal and professional experience of supporting those with complex needs and attachment trauma.

Carers are at risk of burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. Life can come at you hard. I’ve gained deep insight into the unique, unspoken and unseen challenges carers face daily.

This lived experience, along with my specialist training, means I can support you with the care, understanding, and expertise you deserve.
Who I help
I help people manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges.
I work with individual adults, parents, and carers.

I help people who are struggling with:
-
Trauma and grief that feels too heavy to carry alone.
-
Stress and burnout that drains your energy.
-
Loss of identity and attachment struggles.
-
Compassion fatigue that’s quietly stealing your joy
-
Relationship challenges and personal battles.
You can talk about what feels important to you, and we’ll establish this in our initial conversation.

What you need to know
Counselling sessions last up to 50 minutes, and cost £55 per session.

Your sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs. This means your sessions are always unique to you.

All sessions will be held online, at a time that is convenient for us both.

You’ll need access to a good wifi connection, a laptop, tablet or phone. You’ll also need to be somewhere that you feel comfortable to speak.

Most sessions are held weekly. If you need alternative frequency, we can discuss this during our initial call.

You’ll receive a link to our session in advance.

I also offer a limited number of concessionary spaces for people who need it most.
Next steps
As a counsellor, I want your sessions to feel safe, supportive, and meaningful.

We can begin with an initial chat, to see if we’d be a good fit.

Reaching out for help might feel daunting, but it’s a brave and hopeful step. So, let’s take it together.

Your story isn’t over - it’s just beginning.

I'm in a crisis, can you help?
